Biography

Moscow-founded digital advertising and disinformation company established in 2014 by Iulia Serebrianskaia, a former communications director for Russia United Russia party who worked on Putin and Medvedev presidential campaigns. Headquarters moved from Moscow to Bulgaria; currently owned by Georgian citizen Giorgi Abuladze, though Russian employees remain. Between 2016 and 2024, channeled at least 2 million euros to Romanian media outlets, influencers, and conspiracy theorists, including RTV, Realitatea Plus, Andrei Laslau, Daniel Polifrone (AZ News), and Secret Media. Generated 440 million ad impressions in a single month on TikTok promoting far-right candidate Calin Georgescu during Romania 2024 presidential election. Previously operated Fazze, a London-based subsidiary that ran COVID-19 disinformation campaigns discrediting Pfizer/AstraZeneca vaccines while promoting Russia Sputnik vaccine. Operations overseen by Sergey Kiriyenko, head of Russia Presidential Administration. Shared London office address with BTC-e Exchange, which worked with Russian military intelligence (GRU). Founded 2014 Moscow. Current owner: Giorgi Abuladze (Georgian citizen). Former founder/GM: Iulia Serebrianskaia (2014-2018). Romania Constitutional Court annulled 2024 election partly due to AdNow-linked interference. Payments made via wire transfers, crypto, PayPal, Wirecard.
